Our vehicle fuel pump failed on our way through New Hampshire on our vacation. Had it towed to BMW of Stratham for diagnosis. It was confirmed the fuel pump failed. Matthew, our service advisor, was great to work with. While we weren't able to get a loaner the first day he was able to set us up with a loaner for the next day. Went to BMW (Stratham, Nh) for first visit to get oil changed in a 2024 Ineos Grenadier, which has a BMW B58 inline 6 as its power plant. BMW guys had the car in their database and changed the engine oil with no problems. Everyone was knowledgable and friendly. Well recommended.
