Did not let me know until late in day that they had to keep my car overnight for part. Dropped off car at 8:45 am, obviously did not get worked on until later in afternoon.. My service person very nice, They are not in a hurry to help you when you pick up car when the person who helped you with drop off is not there. Also for 500.00 one would think your car would get vacuumed out! That's pretty lazy.
The Sevice Dept did an excellent job determining what the issue with my X3 & made the appropriate correction. Love the mechanic’s video that shows what they check & what they suggest to be done.

Even though Adam Webster was about to leave for the day, he still took the time to help me. He let me know about a brake special they were running, which ended up saving me money. Since my brake light was on, I was hoping to get the work done quickly, and he was able to schedule me for an appointment the very next day.
When I arrived the following morning, everything went smoothly, and I was notified later that day that my car was ready. Adam also arranged an Uber for me, which made the process very convenient.
Overall, the entire experience was excellent, and I’ve found their parts and service pricing to be more competitive than other BMW dealerships I’ve used in the past. I plan to continue using this dealership in the future.
